The Most Exotic Vacation Destinations Around the World

Travel

My family and I have been taking annual vacations ever since the year 2000. And honestly, it has worked out very well as it helps us unwind, relax and bond. We have become closer and more interactive as a family. Traveling is one hobby that I encourage everyone to adopt. It refreshes your mind and soul both. Having been to numerous countries, I can now finally provide my insights on the most exotic destinations around the world.

  1. Bali, Indonesia

As the flight from United States to Bali is quite long, normally more than 19 hours, I opted to purchase business class tickets for everyone. I did not want to deal with exhaustion and tiredness especially since it was a short trip. Bali was every bit as exciting and beautiful as I had imagined. The rich culture and religious influence made it all the more fascinating. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beachy vacation or an adventurous hiking trip, Bali is the ideal destination for you.

  1. Maldives

Maldives is well known for its breathtaking beaches and serene surroundings. It is a costly destination but once you spend a few days on a beach hut, you realize the whole experience is worth every penny. Start saving now to explore this gorgeous island.

  1. Vietnam

Vietnam is full of wonder and history. Some people may find it odd that Vietnam made it to my list as it is relatively lesser known around the world. I would label the country as one of Asia’s gem. Its cuisine, British architectural sites, war remnants and landscapes including the beautiful tea plantations make it one of the most diverse and interesting countries in Asia.

  1. Vancouver, Canada

Vancouver is one of the most naturally gifted areas in the entire world. Its clean air, lush green surroundings, parks and beautiful harbor make you fall in love with the city. Canada is my most country to visit as its safe as well as tourist friendly and Vancouver is my most favorite city in the whole wide world.

  1. Grenada

This is a relatively less popular Caribbean country which makes it even better as a tourist spot. I don’t like huge crowds and over touristic locations personally. I loved every bit of Grenada from its gardens to its clear water beaches and nutmeg plantations.

  1. Sri Lanka

The best part about Sri Lanka may be its gorgeous beaches in terms of natural beauty but for me what makes Sri Lanka amazing is its people. Sri Lanka is home to some of the friendliest people in the whole world. Their hospitality and smiling faces make you want to return again and again. The local cuisine on the island is quite interesting too. Avoid visiting during the Chinese new year because at this time there are too many tourists visiting the island. Make sure you don’t get stuck in the monsoon rains either.
